HABANERO - Flakes
Good quality habanero with the heat level 
between 150,000 and 325,000 scoville heat units.
The flakes are preferable when cooking chili.

HABANERO - Powder
The heat level of the habanero powder is the
same as the flakes but provides more flexibility
in usage.

NAGA BHUT JOLOKIA - Ground
This is the hottest dry pepper in the world.  It packs
a whopping 1,000,000 scoville heat units, three
times as strong as habanero pepper.

PASILLA NEGRO CHILE - Ground
This chili is made by grinding the seeds and the
pods.  This is a mild heat chili pepper but great
for tacos and enchiladas.

SERRANO - Chopped/Ground
Great Mexican chili for your fancy Mexican dishes.

SZECHUAN PEPPER - Whole
This Chinese pepper is mild and perfumed.  It is has
a woodsy hint of pine and cedar.  One of the spices
in the Asian "5" spice.

JALAPENOS - Diced 1/4 "
Use in enchilada sauces, chili, stews and zesty salsas.
Perfect heat level.

CAYENNE GARLIC HOT SAUCE
This is a hot sauce that blends cayenne pepper with
fresh garlic. 

KEY LIME MARGARITA HOT SAUCE
A great hot sauce with just the right amount of heat.
The sweet limes are perfect for island margaritas.

RED SAVINA HABANERO HOT SAUCE
Pour with caution the Red Savina pepper is hot.  It is
hotter than the habanero pepper.  Not for the faint at heart.

VIDALIA ONION AND PEACH HOT SAUCE
A hot sauce that is married to Georgia peaches.  It is
perfect to apply to sandwiches or marinades for a tangy
treat.
