COUNTRY BOIL Our boil was developed for the sea islands, and the South Carolina/Georgia shoreline. It is totally different with a herb/basil base. It contains sea salt, minced garlic, minced onion, celery seed, summer savory, fennel, coriander seed, rosemary, mint, anise and oregano. Boil the water and bring on the shrimp, sausage, corn and red potatoes! There is a recipe on the bottle.CAJUN SEASONING
This seasoning says it all. It takes in the total southern experience with it's Cajun and Creole influence. Use it as a blackening seasoning also.
WILD GAME SPICE BLEND
A blend for the outdoors man and the gourmet cook of wild game including rabbit, pheasant, geese, duck, quail and venison.
SEA ISLAND'S HERB BLEND
A blend used in sauces, in salads, in pasta recipes and with fish and chicken. The blend comes whole and can be crushed in a spice grinder or in a motar and pestle.
GULLAH SPICE BLEND
We designed this blend for gumbos, rice & beans, shrimp & grits, and for crab and other sea food dishes. This blend contains Grains of Paradise Berries and African Bird Pepper. Both typical of the North-West region of Africa.
VIDALIA ONION BARBEQUE SAUCE
Made with the famous vidalia onion from Georgia. A powerful flavor base for a delicious southern BBQ sauce.
GEORGIA PEACH GRILLING SAUCE
Sweet with just enough heat from it's peppers and vidalia onions to make the perfect sauce to marinate or top off your next grilled sensation.
KEY LIME BARBEQUE SAUCE
This is a robust BBQ sauce infused with key limes. Unique on chicken and ribs.
GOURMET VIDALIA ONION MUSTARD
Made with chunks of vidalia onions, perfect for hot dogs or burgers or add to potato or macaroni salads. Mustard will never be the same.
