(From Home to Market)

We started our spice company at home four years ago mixing spices for cooking in our kitchen to be used by only us. Starting with only 2 original spice blends,  we decided to attend a few Craft Shows as a vendor. The purchase of a tent, some chairs and a table, got us started after printing some signs from the computer to describe our products. At first it was just sort of a hobby.  It was fun meeting people, and sharing our spice blends with others.  But then it started to grow more and more into a business and we decided to take the plunge and just go for it! All the blends are quite different from each other. Our goal was to create a gourmet spice blend line of products for every occassion. Just like everyone else, we had all kinds of spice cans and bottles in our kitchen cabinet that we would use once or twice, or here and there, and they would just sit there in the cabinet unused...diminishing in flavor.  The concept of creating spices that could be easily used in virtually any recipe was a challenge.  We wanted to eliminate the waste of all those spices we didn't use that much and replace them with spices that were truly gourmet that had ingredients that worked together making the preparation of food quick, delicious, and easy for any cook. Our spices are well balanced, all natural, and will work with the natural flavor and juices of the foods you cook with.  Our NEW International Line from 18 countries is salt free.  Enjoy, Bon Appetite!
