For those garlic lovers. It is a garlic shake containing mostly garlic, but it has 7 different ingredients including onion powder, chili powder and curry. The taste is perfect for garlic lovers. Use it, also, in combination with other spices.
CAJUN CARIBBEAN CURRY
The best of three worlds…Curry, Caribbean and Cajun spices. This blend contains 13 ingredients including curry, white & black pepper, mustard, thyme, sage and ginger. It is best on chicken, pork, and seafood but is great for any of your own recipes where you want to create a new and different taste. You will like this one. Great as a blackening spice.

A shake seasoning for cobblers, cookies, fruits, pies, French toast, pancakes, ice cream or put it in your daily tea. It is great over grilled pineapple and other fresh fruits including baked apples. JAMAICAN JERK RUB

Moon Zest has NO salt or sugar. It has 13 different spices including lemon powder, thyme, sage, dill, ginger, onion powder and cayenne pepper. It is an all-purpose blend, good on vegetables and meat. Who says there is no taste without salt?!
CHILEAN SKY
This is our own orginal Chili Powder containing 8 terrific spices including Ancho Chile peppers, oregano, coriander & cumin. Other "Chili Powders" use weak pepper for the base ingredient. Our rich tasting sweet Ancho Chile pepper brings this blend alive. This blend makes perfect Chile everytime! We have also used this on the grill over our steaks & chicken.
ISLAND BAY
This is a blend with 90,000 S.U. cayenne hot pepper and has many other spices including ground bay leaves, coriander, mace and thyme. It kicks up a notch or two all sauces, gravies, soups & stews. Good for baking and grilling pork, chicken, hamburgers, seafood, or steaks. Island Bay has the heat and the flavor too! It is a two-punch knockout.
WORLD OF SPICE
This spice has Italian overtones and includes garlic, oregano, basil, white pepper, cumin and cilantro. Great over anything,
particularly when used in tomato based sauces and other Italian dishes. Come on spice it up Italian style! Experiment with this spice. It suprises us everytime with it's universal application to so many different recipes.
RED PLANET
This is a mixture for red meat eaters. Great on steaks and hamburgers, but can be used on turkey and chicken. It has beef flavored powder (vegetarian), with paprika, garlic salt, ground horseradish, ground celery seeds and other spices. A must for the grilling of your favorites. We have baked chicken with this seasoning and it has come out great!
FAR EAST SPICE DELIGHT
A mixture similar to a “Five Spice” but it has other exotic Far East ingredients such as Cardamom and Fenugreek. It is great for barbecuing, meat marinades, stir-frys, Asian dishes, nut breads, rice, and on pork or chicken. NO salt. Kicks up barbecue sauces or use it to shake directly on your food during barbecuing. We use Star Anise not Anise in this blend. Star Anise is native to China and has a more pungent aroma and taste original to the Five Spice blend.
OCEAN SEAFOOD SEASONING
This is an all-purpose mixture for lobster, fish, shrimp, and crabs. Dip it, boil with it, or shake it on. Move over “Old Bay”. It has a gentle kick with a presence of cayenne pepper. This shake contains 14 different spices including paprika, mustard powder, allspice, sea salt, mace, ground celery seeds, ginger and cloves. We use this spice blend as a dry dip along side our melted butter when eating mussels, shrimp and lobster. VIOLA!!
COMET CHEESE SHAKE

STAR BARBECUE MIX
A blend of 19 different ingredients including brown sugar, vinegar powder, tomato powder, cinnamon and allspice. Add to sauces or directly on food to barbecue. Has hickory flavor and will bring out the best when grilling or smoking meats.
